Welcome to Young Yogis
Young Yogis offers yoga classes that are mindful, educational and fun. Taught with passion and commitment to make a difference in people lives, from children through to seniors, the classes will develop mindfulness, joy, relaxation, concentration and fitness through yoga.

Kids Yoga is different to adult yoga, yet the benefits are just as profound and it gives children a strong physical, mental and emotional foundation that lasts a lifetime.
​
Classes include conscious breathing, traditional and yoga poses, play for children (exploring yoga though games, stories, music etc), relaxation and visualisation.
​
Kids yoga is just the beginning of a long and healthy life, and there is no one too young or too old!
